Ingredients

  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 cups soy milk
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tbs salt
  • 2 tbs tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Bring macaroni to a boil.
  2. In a separate pan, allow butter to melt on medium heat and add flour.
  3. Once the butter and flour are mixed, add soy milk.
  4. Mix until thickened.
  5. Reduce heat and add yeast, lemon juice and salt.
  6. Add tomato paste and mix thoroughly.
  7. Add boiled macaroni in the cheesy paste and delicious mac and cheese is ready to serve.
