  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce - low sodium
  • chopped peanuts - optional garnish
  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • ½ cup Silk Unsweetened Coconutmilk
