  • Eggs - 4
  • Ham - 4oz
  • Grated cheese - 1 tsp
  • Sour cream - 7oz
  • Butter - 1oz
  • Parsley leaves - as much as you want
  • Red pepper - 1/2
  • Salt and pepper


  1. 1. Boil the eggs and when they cool off, cut them in half the length. Take out the yolks, smash them with a fork and mix them with 0.7oz butter, 2oz tiny chopped ham, 2 tbsp sour cream, salt and pepper. Fill the egg whites with this paste.
  2. 2. Take a heat-resistant vessel that you anoint with the rest of the butter, add the rest of the sour cream, set the eggs next to each other, pour the ham, sprinkle with little bit of sour cream and add the grated cheese. Introduce the vessel in a preheat oven and let it cook at medium heat for 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove the eggs from the oven, set them on plates and decorate on top with reg pepper slices and parsley leaves.
