  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 green chili
  • 1 red onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp oil


  1. Clean the green peas and rinse well.
  2. Peel the red onion and cut into slices. Cut the chili in slices.
  3. In a skillet heat the oil.
  4. Add the onion and toss until it becomes transparent.
  5. Add the green peas and chilies.
  6. Cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes. Stir once and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
