  • ¼ c blueberries
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ c oats
  • ¼ c raspberries
  • pinch salt
  • ½ c skim milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbs walnuts - chopped
  • 1 Tbs wheat germ


  1. Toast wheat germ in a small, dry pan for 2-3 minutes
  2. When you smell the toasted wheat germ, it's done.Remove from heat and add set aside
  3. (Feel free to toast extra wheat germ and save for future use!)In a small sauce pot, whisk together milk, vanilla, cinnamon and salt
  4. Bring to a boil over medium heat.Add oats and simmer for 2 minutes.Just before all of the liquid is absorbed, add berries, walnuts and toasted wheat germ.Cook for additional minute to heat before serving.
