Ingredients

  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 10 Tbs butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup flour
  • 3 Tbs milk
  • ¼ cup Nutella
  • 1½ cups powdered sugar
  • 8 (1 ounce) squares semi-sweet chocolate
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. To make the cake:Melt the chocolate and butter together
  2. You can use a double broiler, or the microwave
  3. Just get it nice and smooth
  4. Add the flour and sugar
  5. It will be very thick
  6. Stir in the eggs, yolks, and vanilla until smooth
  7. Pour batter into muffin tins
  8. Will make approx 12 cupcakes.Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
  9. Cool completely.To make the frosting:Mix everything together until it is the consistency of frosting
  10. You may need to adjust the sugar or milk to get it right.Once the cupcakes are cool, use a teaspoon to scoop out the center
  11. Fill with Nutella
  12. Top with Nutella Buttercream Frosting.
