  • 8 bread slice
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 125 gr mozzarella
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup white flour


  1. Place the slices of mozzarella in between two slices of bread.Dip the sandwich in some flour and then in a bowl containing the mixture of beaten eggs, milk and salt.When the sandwiches have absorbed all the mixture fry them in olive oil
  2. Serve hot.
