Ingredients

  • Spinach - 5oz
  • Nettles - 5oz
  • Sorrel - 5oz
  • Flour - 7oz
  • Eggs - 2
  • Sour cream - 4oz
  • Cheese - 4oz
  • Dried tomatoes - 2oz
  • Butter - 2oz
  • Milk - 3fl oz
  • Parsley - 2oz ( 1 small bunch )
  • Baking powder - 1tsp
  • Baking soda - 1 knife tip
  • Green garlic - 5 leaves
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Scald the spinach, drain it and finely chop it. Cut the garlic in small round pieces and chop the tomatoes and parsley very tiny. Sprinkle the flour in a bowl and mix it together with butter, sour cream, baking soda quenched in milk, eggs, baking powder, salt and pepper ( as much as you like ). Into this paste incorporate the spinach along with chopped garlic, tomatoes, parsley and grated cheese.
  2. 2. Grease with oil the papers for muffins and fill it 2/3 of their volume. Preheat the oven and then cook them at medium heat for 25-30 minutes.
  3. 3. After you remove them from the oven, you can decorate them with grated cheese.
