  • 3 cloves garlic - minced
  • 2 Tbs ginger - grated
  • ¼ c soy sauce - low sodium
  • ¼ c orange juice - fresh
  • 2 Tbs rice vinegar
  • ¼ c scallions - chopped
  • Wooden skewers


  1. Slice flank steak against the grain into long, thin slices and place into a large glass dish or plastic bag.Pour all remaining ingredients over the beef and marinate for 2 hours or longer
