  • ¼ cup black olives
  • 1 small cucumber, chopped
  • 4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ green bell pepper, chopped
  • 12 oz. hummus (my favorite is Garden Fresh Greek Hummus)
  • Pepper
  • Pita chips, for serving
  • ½ red bell pepper, chopped
  • Salt


  1. Spread hummus across the bottom of a pie plate.Layer feta and vegetables on top of the hummus in concentric circles, alternating colors
  2. I did a ring of feta, then cucumber, red pepper, olives, green pepper, and more feta
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and finish with a drizzle of olive oil if desired.Serve with pita chips.
