Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup steel cut oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup unsulphured molasses
  • 4 cups water

Instructions

  1. Spray crock-pot insert with non-stick cooking spray or line with a crock-pot liner.Add all ingredients to the slow-cooker and stir to combine well (spices will float on the top, this is normal).Cook on LOW for 4-5 hours.Enjoy!
