Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Stick Butter
  • 6 Carrots, Diced
  • 5 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • ¼ Teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • ½ Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 16oz Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cups Half and Half Cream
  • 1 Small Onions, Diced
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 2 cups Cubed or Shredded Chicken
  • Dash of Tarragon

Instructions

  1. Add Stick Butter and Onions to Skillet and saute.Add flour and mix well.In Crock-Pot add all ingredients (including onion/flour mixture) except Half and Half.Cook 6 hours on low.Add Half and Half and stir.Cook on low for 30 minutes.Serve
