  • 4 eggs
  • 1½ cups flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • Cookie Dough
  • 4 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line a 13x9 inch baking pan with foil, and spray with non-stick spray.In a bowl mix together melted chocolate and canola oil until smooth
  3. Add sugar and eggs, beat until well combined
  4. Stir in flour and salt.Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan
  5. Drop small balls of cookie dough over the batter
  6. It will be mainly covered (you will not use an entire recipe of cookie dough).Bake for 30-35 minutes
  7. Cover with foil part way through if the cookie dough is browning too quickly.
