  • Crostini (recipe here)
  • 1 tsp STAR Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Vegetables (or olive oil)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely mined
  • 6-8 roma tomatoes, diced (about 1 cup)
  • salt and pepper

  1. In a bowl combine chopped tomatoes, basil vinegar, olive oil and garlic
