  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 teaspoons honey (or sweetener, to taste)
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cups mixture of chopped apricots and peeled peaches, pits removed (see notes)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (I use Chobani)
  • 4-6 fresh or frozen strawberries, optional


  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender if needed.Check for sweetness and pour into two medium or one large glass.
